First off, if you got access to a freaking Relic, DAMN. What region is giving those out?

It specifically states in the item description that it's a holy symbol of Pelor.

Since no other rules about using Relics as holy symbols exist, only those Relics that specifically say they are holy symbols should be able to be used as such.
