But can you use other effects that count as a using one of your stunning attacks for the day in the same round you make a stunning attack? For example, could I burn 3 stunning attacks to gain the benefits of Stunning Attack, Fist of Iron and Fiery Fist all on the same attack? Is there an official answer to this (if so, please point the way)? Or is it something subject to table variance?

I don't think there is an official ruling...but I think you would need rapid stunning to make use of multiple stunning fist based feats in one round.
