As far as I know, nothing from the PHB2 has been made Core yet, so you'd need some form of campaign documentation allowing it. That may change after the new LGCS, but I highly doubt it. Most of PHB2 is severely broken, that included.

antnee 01-24-07, 06:45 PM	Thanx. I saw that some of the new Classes from PHB2 were allowed but couldn't find any reference to some of the other new stuff in there. In the last adventure I was on we found a Blade of Blood scroll so I thought maybe the other wizardly stuff was legal.
