Two Questions [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-14-07, 06:06 PM One of my players wants to buy some items from Complete Scoundrel (non-magical stuff, lead-lined pockets, etc.). Can he buy them whenever he wants, after level 3, or what?

Also, the Campaign Standards list the various race/regional feats, but not where they appear. Where can I find them?

If the items aren't in the Open lists of Appendix 4, he can't get them until they are opened for him. He can buy them when he finds them on an AR or through a meta-org.
