With the campaign ending, the restriction that a character must have had a CGR AR while at first level is a bad idea. People should be able to play the CGR mods with any appropriately leveled PC, so as to have more play options to hopefully reach a decent level before the end of the campaign.

Whats the point of randomly levelling if the games don't have continuity imo. e.g: I have a Ratikan Character and a Perrenland PC, and a Greyhawk Ruins PC. Of course many people who don't have the luxury of higher level characters will agree with you...

My options look like the following: Make an exact duplicate of my lower level secondary character, start him up again at 1st level, and hope to get to 8th. Possible, but I'd have to get really lucky to pull that off. Play my lower level secondary character in all the mods and easily get to 8th. ---- There really aren't any other options for me - I'm playing my secondary character in the lower level mods because he's a blast to play. To play a Greyhawk Ruins character for the purpose of EtGR means retiring him. And because there's really no point to that, I'm just not going to play GR when I can use that time to start playing LR mods. That's a point to starting up a 1st level character...
