If your a warrior that uses two weapon fighting with dwarven waraxes, had the feat power attack, and uncanny blow from exotic weapon master, when you power attacked would each bonus be doubled?

No. You need to wield a one handed weapon in two hands to get the bonus from uncanny blow.

This question gets asked alot and reasonable people arrive at different answers. Your best bet is to:
1. ask local judges
2. ask a local weapons master their experience
3. read the whole thing carefully and decide how you would rule as a judge
4. play it that way unless the judge has a different ruling

If you have uncanny blow and a dwarven waraxe and wield the weapon two-handed, you will: A) double your strength damage, and B) get the standard 2 points of damage for 1 penalty to attack bonus with Power Attack.

Example: Kevin the Teal has a STR of 20, or +5. Raging he goes to +7. He has a BAB of 8. He uses Power Attack for full with his Dwarven Waraxe, wielded two-handed, for which he has uncanny blow. He does 14 damage from strength (7x2) and 16 damage from Power Attack (8x2) along with any enhancement bonus from the weapon and/or Weapon Specialization, etc.

The problem is, you could already get 2 damage per point of BAB by two handing a one handed weapon. There's no point in that part being mentioned in the uncanny blow description unnless they meant it to apply regardless of how the weapon is wielded.

That is the way I read it as well.
Before anyone gets too upset about the power level of allowing 2X power attack damage with one hand, remember the cost:
It is the synergy between a prestige class ability an a single feat.
It is only useable with a very limited selection of weapons.
Damage is being lost to gain the use of the second hand. The higher the Str, the greater the power attack penalty the user must take simply to break even. E.G. Str 18 w/ Uncanny Blow 2-handed is +8 dam, while used 1-handed is only +4. The wielder would need to Power Attack for 2 just to stay even.

Also, mentally try to picture someone two-weapon fighting with dwarven waraxes. It is pretty out there.

What, is there something wrong with two-weapon fighting with Dwarven Waraxes? ;)

Try to picture someone fighting with a spiked chain.
kind of reminds me of swordchucks: 'almost as dangerous to the opponent as to the wielder.'

That's definitely one of the rules in need of official errata.

Personally, I don't think the double power attack damage should apply with the weapon wielded one-handed, but it's not clear.

I suspect one of the following: The writing is based on how Exotic Weapon Master's tricks worked in 3.0, or it was written before 3.5 was officially released and Power Attack was changed.
