Not as far as I know. Baklunish seem to be somewhat Middle-Eastern, but that's probably as close as you'd get (and that's not very close...).

I don't believe so; I think the world exclusively uses original deities.

My knowledge is a bit limited on these; someone who knows more should feel free to add or correct. :-)

Close, but not exclusively. Tiamat and Bahumat are both "real-world" deities, and the Olman worship the Aztec pantheon.
