Access to Mundane! equipment... [Archive] - Wizards Community

BUT..

What about access to "mundane" equipment..

alchemical solutions, dwarvencrafted items, elf crafted bows, etc.. etc...

Note that the LGCS doesn't offer *unrestricted* access to a lot of those. I'd have to guess that access to the equipment in those books, if it's offered at all, will be handled on an AR-access, or metaorg access, basis.

03-04-05, 03:30 AM Since LCGS 4.2 was supposed to get rid of the builder books and address what is legal from the "Complete" series, I would have to say anything not mentioned in the LGCS as mundane is not available for general purchase, unless another errata is posted.

What about Dwarven Crafted items.. they are a prereq.. to get into one of the prestige classes..

Yes, in one sense it is kind of silly, in that many classses, magic items, feats and spells have been opened up for virtually anybody, yet you can't find most mundane equipment. Ah well. This subject is regularly brought up to the Circle during document reviews, yet never addressed, so I can only assume that they have some obscure reason.

A lot of the prestige class prereqs are handled through special modules from the triad...
