My DM talked me into running a woodelf Barbarian instead of a human saying the +2 Bonus is like a loop-hole in the system and allow's me to make a better caracter, Is he correct??, Or should I change it to human and get the X-tra feat??

It's not a loophole, and it all depends on how you want to play your character. You just have to balance the rewards of the stat bonuses (and the corresponding penalties) against the extra feat and skill points. If you want a pure hack and slasher, the wood elf is probably right for you. On the other hand, if you want to have more tricks and strategies, the human might be the better choice.

Going strictly by the numbers, I suppose he's right.. if you don't want a Constitution above 12.
