If someone thought you had gone "above and beyond the call" on the last LGCS revision and were to offer you an A3-or-larger sized hand drawn watercoloured picture of whatever PC/NPC you'd like, who would you pick and would you be able to provide a detailed enough description of said character then post it in this thread? (Edit: A thought occurs. If you wanted a picture of "The Madhouse", I could arrange that too, but it's ultimately whatever you want) Secondly, any Canberra or Brisbane (Australia) players can chip in (a gold or two, nothing more) to cover the cost if they so desire. Doing so gives said players Adventure access to signing the back of the poster and including a brief message (25-35 words) if they wish. I'm hoping it'll be done by Canberra Day Madness and everyone can sign it then, but I'll also be bringing it up to Big Weekend in Brisbane, so if any of the Brisbane players wanted to sign it too, they could. This also gives anyone travelling to these cons the opportunity to sign it as well. If you're interested in signing it, post here so I know what I'm getting myself into... :) Cheers, Nobody. P.S. The (extremely talented) artist has informed me it won't be ready for at least a month as she's currently in the process of moving. This means that it *may* miss Canberra Day Madness- but finger's crossed. |

| _metz_02-16-07, 09:46 PM | DO Sydney Players count? Madhouse reminded me this was a roleplay game... After a fw of the players I have to put up with occasionally, it was nice to see it ;) |

If it does, I'll let everyone know. |
| Puggle Halfwine02-19-07, 04:35 AM | Britt- I command you to post! |
| Britt02-19-07, 04:26 PM | I just got home from DDXP and have to hurry to class (I'm already late). I'll post more later :) |
| Britt02-25-07, 12:46 AM | You know, I don't really know what I would want to have from your gracious offer. It would most likely be something involving Molaho Khem, since that was the best I ever felt in a living campaign, when I watched a 15th level cleric convert from Boccob (after much deliberation). I can picture a pretty cool scene, but it would involve three or four characters, which tends to up the price quite a bit. I'd be willing to pay the difference for something really cool, though. What I'm thinking is a background of Dahlvier's Castle (vague description in Iuz the Evil, basically an ancient elven castle with tall, thin spires, right next to a forest). In the foreground would be Molaho Khem, with a lupinal wizard to his left, a mounted half-orc behind and to the right, and a human cleric of Boccob kneeling in front of MK. I could give you descriptions of all the characters involved in the scene, if it seems feasible to the artist and not cost prohibitive. |
| Britt02-25-07, 12:47 AM | Oh, and the Mad House wouldn't be a bad idea either, since it turned out far better and more popular than I had expected. |
| Puggle Halfwine02-25-07, 05:51 PM | I'll check if your request is feasible with the artist. Expect a slight delay while this occurs. |
| Puggle Halfwine03-05-07, 01:35 AM | This is doable. The sooner you provide me with the description of what you want drawn, she can get started drawing it. Once again, the picture will be about A3 sized, full watercolour and should be ready by about June-July (although I might keep it around later, to make sure everyone who wants to sign it can). Once again, thanks a bunch Britt- your continued hard work is very appreciated. |
| Britt03-05-07, 01:54 AM | Thanks a lot, I appreciate the thought :) I'll send you a message privately. |
