I stole this from Mommy Was an Orc, as I steal a lot of thigns from him

Barbarian 2/Fighter 4/Occult Slayer 5/Pious Templar 5
Str 20, Dex 12, Con 14, Int 8, Wis 8, Cha 6
1 Barbarian 1: Power Attack
2 Fighter 1: WF: Greatsword
3 Fighter 2: Extra Rage, Improved Initiative
4 Barbarian 2: Str 21
5 Fighter 3
6 Fighter 4: Improved Bullrush, Shock Trooper
7 Occult Slayer 1
8 Occult Slayer 2: Str 22

What feats should I select after 8th level?
Also, how do I get the Knowledge arcane 4 and spellcraft 3 in before I take occult slayer?

You just have to max the skills cross class. It will eat up almost all your skill points, but you can make it.

Yup. That build is definitely not for out of combat dominating. Level 9 is True Believer in whatever deity your character believes in so as to qualify for Pious Templar. It was something of a joke build to get the stereotypical orc out of the way :)

I might go:
8: OS 2
9: OS 3: True Believer
10: PT 1
11: PT 2
12: PT 3: WS: Greatsword, Improved Sunder
13: PT 4: Combat Brute
14: OS 4
15: OS 5

Any other ideas if I went with something other than Pious Templar? That would give me 3 characters with that prestige class :)

Just wondering what else to fit into the mix. I haven't played a barbarian in LG so I don't know how some of the prestige classes fix into the greyhawk scheme.

Finish occult slayer then go into outcast champion.

Hmmmm, interesting ideas to ponder. I think that any of that could work.

Also, what about using a glaive instead of a Greatsword? You go down to 1-10, but you gain the reach and the possiblity of more AoO's. Just a thought.

Finish occult slayer then go into outcast champion.

That is where my half-orc brb3/ftr1/rgr1/OS4 is going after he takes his last OS level, just 720xp to go before finishing the OS class. Its been fun. The extra levels or barbarian were useful since it gets more skill points to burn in the cross class skills. Rgr is nice for the skill points and the track feat although it is less useful now that I haven't been keeping my survival up. Plus the intimidate is a barbarian class skill so I was able to buy some of it cheap for the eventual outcast champion requirement.

Okay here is my two ideas

Str 18, Dex 14, Con 14, Int 6, Wis 14, Cha 6
Bbn 3/Ftr2/Templar10, or Bbn1/Ranger4/Templar10

Half orc will seem pretty good at level 1-2, after that kind of average, and late game he will just suck but with decent spell use could make him viable. That gives you 4th level spells by like level 12 or 13, and then you have PHB plus Spell Compendium for a decent spell list, and a few paladin spells are 1 level lower too. Plus you will have better saves for low level, I mean -1 Will saves for 6 levels or whatever?? On that first build of mine you could even change the first 5 levels to something like bb1/ftr2/rgr2 just to further boost up Fort (can't be too high especially if you are getting Mettle) and Reflex (which is going to be your weakest save, especially late-game). And maybe you might even get access to some cool limited spells like Rhino Rush, swift action for x2 damage on charge, especially if you are already going into P-Att/Headless Charge route.

One other thing, I probably wouldn't take Extra Rage feat. I doubt the extra rage uses would be needed or even useful. Now with Cleave, you can mow down people faster which is what you are looking for. Imagine taking down 2 spellcasters or monsters in the same Headless Charge before they get a chance to mangle you.
