I tried going to the Bone March site. I get forwarded to a "domain parking" service. Is the region still active?

There is this site: http://www.blr.gr/rpgaforum/viewforum.php?f=26 ... unfortunately I don't speak Greek so I don't really know what it says, but there has been recent activity. They don't have any regional adventures listed on the RPGA website, but that doesn't mean that there aren't any introductory adventures (which aren't listed there) or that no-one's writing them.

I hope that something is happening there - there are far too many inactive/semi-active regions in Europe!

Edit: There's also information in the Splintered Suns Metagame book which was released today and is available from the metaregion's group: http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/thesplinteredsun/ (tho' you probably have to join to get access).

Here's the info: they have a very low-traffic yahoo group here http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/bonemarchlg/ and, as listed in the LGCS, their 'Triad' consists of Spyros Giannoutsos whose email is: cman@cman.gr

Hope that helps!

Yes, that is too bad. Especially since there are Sea Barons and Lordship of the Isles are pretty interesting regions as well (don't give up on Bone March yet!). LOTI seemed to have something going on for them and even set-up a website (http://www.thesplinteredsun.info/lordship/) but they went silent again.

I even wrote a regional for them but never heard back about it after sending in the first draft :(

I have not heared any activity in the past year from the Bone March, The Sea Barons, and the Lordship of the Isles.
I don't know whether Spyros' email address is active. The website with the same domainname definitely doesn't work any more.

Edit: I am going to try and see if I can kick some life into the Bone March region though.
I may also be coaxed into plancng my next metaregional in Bone March if it helps to peek interest. (It was originaly slated to be set in Ahlissa, but I can see if I can move it - or part if it - to Knurl).

My partner and I worked with the Lordship of the Isles Triad on an Intro mod years ago, but as far as I know, it never came out.

The rewards of that particular adventure were not possible for an Introductionary adventure, so I asked the erstwhile triad what they wanted to do about it. I never got a reply. The last time I spoke with the Bone March triad was spring last year. Italy and Spain has been gone even longer. I know of one Italian player in Turin who is relatively active in RPGA games, but he was not particularly interested in becoming a Triad.

I don't know how much freedom that gives me and Pierre van Rooden (TSS meta-region coordinator) to design stuff and use the regions for meta-regionals and the like. For the moment I am leaving the areas alone. Adri, Ahlissa, Dullstrand, Medegia, Naerie, Onnwal and Sunndi offer ample of opportunity for adventures. Although I do find it a shame in regards to Ratik. I can immagine they would be able to do a lot together with Bone March and the Sea Barons...
