| Puggle Halfwine04-08-07, 04:58 AM | Name: Britt F. Frey Gender: m Rank: Demigod Area of Concern/Portfolio: Overwork, Madness, Housing, Quality, Celerity, Riding Dogs, Writing Titles: Lord Frey, The Author, The Prompt, The Madhound, The Overworked Holy Symbol: An animated mansion with windows for eyes and a cackling mouth for a door. Alignment: CN (CG) Origin of Worship: Humans Core Worshippers: Humans Uncommon Worshippers: Favoured Weapon(s): Greatclub (m) Other Preferred Weapons: Weapon of the Deity Spell: +1 mighty cleaving greatclub Domains: Madness, Celerity, Animal, Trickery, Chaos, Community Special Notes: Divine spellcasters who venerate Lord Frey must have spent two TUs a year visiting and paying homage to The Madhouse. Divine spellcasters who violate this tenet suffer a -4 penalty to all Will saves. In addition, divine spellcasters beyond level 5 who venerate The Madhound and take at least one level of the Houndborn prestige class outlined in the Complete Riding Dog suppliment gain a +2 bonus to their effective cleric level when turning riding dogs (see the Rules Varient: Turning Riding Dogs sidebar of Complete Riding Dog, pg 113). Description: Beloved by all, Lord Frey wanders Oearth bringing joy and amusement to everyone he meets. His mount is an oversized riding dog, complete with all manner of equipment, while his weapon is his trusty truncheon. Nobody knows where the mortal Lord Frey was born and the identity of his divine sponsor is just as mysterious. Despite these strange circumstance, Lord Frey has amassed a small but devout cult on the lands of Oearth, his followers almost fanatic in their support for his work. Temples and shrines to The Author are springing up all over Oearth at a somewhat alarming pace, their prominance rapidly outstripping that of some of the older, more entrenched dieties (sometimes to their chagrin). The Madhound is never without a smile on his face, although some worry if his expression is one of serene joy or the true madness bought about by overwork. |
| Haro04-08-07, 06:51 AM | That's a little...disturbing Puggle. |
| _metz_04-08-07, 07:32 AM | lol I'll pay that. |
| Cynric04-08-07, 07:55 AM | That's a little...disturbing Puggle. Puggle is disturbing, but we love his disturbingness. Disturbingness, is that actually a word? Nevermind he knows what I mean:D |
| haferka04-08-07, 10:11 AM | Finally, the perfect diety for the Fellreev Druids.. we should all do a SM for attonement and leave Obadai behind. |
| frupton04-08-07, 10:02 PM | Nicely done, Puggle. |
| King Kashue04-09-07, 01:17 AM | That's a little...disturbing Puggle. No, what's disturbing is the first thing I thought was: "Chaotic? He's a logician...He's clearly Lawful Neutral" :D |
| GenghisBob04-09-07, 04:48 AM | Might be time you found another hobby or a girl / boy friend. |
| amnuxoll04-09-07, 10:39 AM | Very well done but I have one small, but very significant quibble: alignment. Britt is definitely LN (LG) and not CG (CN). :AMN: |
| just_be_glad_now04-09-07, 01:01 PM | I dunno about that. We've seen a _lot_ of "spirit of the rules"-type arguments from him of late. That just doesn't seem very Lawful to me, least of all LN. I don't know him really, though, so I'll rest with what the BKers say. jbgn |
| Japangirl04-09-07, 05:20 PM | He's only Lawful when it suits him (and would get him in trouble if he wasn't) from what I can tell. That doesn't really mean he's Lawful in alignment though . . . |
| LachlarlanIII04-09-07, 06:20 PM | He's only Lawful when it suits him (and would get him in trouble if he wasn't) from what I can tell. That doesn't really mean he's Lawful in alignment though . . . He's True Neutral with a preference for, IMO, Good. I only say Good because he seems like a nice guy from the times I've met him. |
