Hello folks

I know there is an RPGA Convention forum, but this only deals with LG

The D&D crowd in bangkok have been discussing holding a convention for some time.

Early mid-september looks likely, and LG would play a large role in this convention.

What we are looking for is expressions of interest. Actually we are looking for to find out how many people are interested in attending that have the time and funds to make it to Bangkok.

(We understand that we will probably be the first RPG convention ever in Asia and Bangkok well its not really close to anywhere)

Lets us know if you are interested and who knows maybe we can start an annual event.

Cheers

p.s. Magic the card game will also be very well represented at this convention

I'll likely be in Hong Kong during that period and might be able to fly over. I'm wanting to help get things started in Asia. Good luck with this!

Why anyone would go to Bangkok to play D&D is beyond me. There is entirely too much other fun to be had.:pint:

But that's only good for One Night in Bangkok. :)

LOL

I thought :pint: would be obvious with Bangkoks reputation.

While I know some of us are  there are other of us that are  .

I was also worried that if I reviewed all the fun stuff to do in BKK I might be :censored: and some people might be :hoppingma

But BKK is not as  as imagined and we are here too :tiphat: you and hopefully the boys won't  too much on their Character sheets!! :D

Chuckle...that'd be nice. If I could manage to convince my wife to go to Thailand, I think she'd want to do other things (and she's a gamer, much less).
