Okay, this April Fools day stuff should seriously be calmed down a notch. I love the fake products part of the website and all but pushing it out to one of the ygroups as 'access' is rediculious. (That and I think Living Hallow World would have been awesome.)

Shapechange as a spell like ability 3 times a day is way too rediculious to not want to beleive as true. I'm going to use it all day today out of spite while helpping to playtest a mod becuase it's legal until it's declaired void.

Unfortunately, if you look at the headers of the email, you'll find it was SENT (according to the email header) on April 1st 2006. Seeing how it's valid for one year from this date, and it's April 1st 2007, it's no longer valid.

He's smart, Creighton is. Except of course, email clients like Outlook Express (which is what my wife uses) don't show the date it was sent, but the date it was received.

It's way too good to be true, but indeed so good you don't want to think it's a joke. *sniff*

I know, it's valid one year from April 1st 2006. It's April 1st 2007. Today should be the very last day to use it!!!! :D

I think so at least.... I'm only playing in one Mod, but If I can get the GM to let me use it, I win!

Ah. I was wondering about that...

Gomez,
who thinks this joke would have been more fun had it actually been Creighton posting. Unless his reply this evening was also a joke.
But if it is, THAT one is NOT funny.

It weren't Creighton who sent it (I checked the email headers, and those make the april fools part really obvious; it also makes finding the one who sent it rather easy).

Creighton is a little miffed, and it may be better for the person who sent this to send an apology to Mr. C.

I found an IP address and a domain name - depends on the provider on whether they'll reveal the original posters identity though.

That's what email archives are for. I've done a search through my Living Greyhawk email, and matched the IP address (there's only one poster using that domain name for Greyhawk as well, afaics).
