Was there? ----- Second - on http://www.living-greyhawk.com there's reference to an adventure that doesn't use up time units? So . . . you could just waltz in, play the scenario, then pop out with gold pieces and experience on the other side? Hm. Anyhoo, am looking into online Greyhawk - want some practical experience in how forms and things are run before starting my own LG game up. Ppl have been really helpful, thanks! |

Actually, you probably want LGCS 4.2, which was just released a week or two ago. LGCS 4.1 came out in January, but included a bunch of the rules on the old 3.0 Builder Books (Sword & Fist, Tome & Blood, etc.), which are phasing out of LG as of 3/1. LGCS 4.2 is the rulebook effective 3/1, as I understand it. If you already have an LG character, you need to convert it to be totally 3.5 compliant for that 3/1 date. There's also a conversion guide document out there for this; the conversion may also represent a good opportunity to re-do other aspects of your PC. (Living-greyhawk.com is woefully out of date, and is about to be folded back into the RPGA site, btw. I know that a lot of the regional web sites have the new LGCS, and the conversion document, available for download; Verbobonc has it at www.verbobonc.net; go to the Downloads section.) |
