Question I had while reading the LG rules, can Clerics ( And non Clerics) serve any Non Evil God in the Dieties List, or only those on page 10 of the rules supplement.

"Clerics Must choose a specific Diety from the Living Greyhawk Dieties Document. For you convience we have included a basic list of allowed dieties. "

Question is the basic list, just that, only a basic list, and you can still choose from any <Non Evil> ones in the campaign document, or is it the list of all allowed dieties?

As said in latest clarification: If a specific race is listed under worshippers in the deity’s entry in this document, and no other information is provided there, a cleric must be of that specific race to select that deity to worship (although non-cleric worshippers of that deity are permitted). Specific races include: dragon, dwarven, elven, giant, etc. Entries like Baklunish or Suloise refer to human cultures, not specific races, and are not limiting to clerics the way specific race entries are. A cleric’s alignment must be within one step of his deity’s alignment as listed in this document.

See this for complete listing of LG deities and choose suitable non-evil deity (Expect Wastri): http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=lg/articles/lg20030521deitiessearch

The alignment of worshippers does not count in this matter, therefore no Erythnul or other evil deity with chaotic neutral worshippers.

As for your synergy question: LG uses standard synergys from PHB, nothing else.
