Has anyone stated difinitively whether the feat options on the kobold card can be used if your character isn't a kobold?

I would expect to see an answer to these and other kobold questions in the next DC.

It's only for kobolds. The next DC should be out next week and will have as much covered as we have seen and been able to address.

One question to add:

Could a character use a Wish or Miracle favor to BECOME a Kobold, thus gaining access to the Kobold only benefits?

Once an NPC always an NPC. Moment you turned into a Kobold you would be an NPC and as such would no longer be able to be played. The kobold card allows you to create a Kobold, not turn NPCs into PCs :)

That sounds like a Special Mission request... (leave it up to your local triad to find out if its a legal option...)

Kobolds breed like rats, only faster. Becoming a kobold is GLORIOUS. Join the community today!

Now that kobolds are a playable PC race, could you keep a PC in play who has been reincarnated as one? Would you need to keep the creation card in your stack to do so?

There is another thread on this. And someone somewhere (Britt/other circle member) said no. I will let you search the threads for it. I expect it will be in the dispel confusion.

Expect it to follow the same rules as Centaur in this respect. Centaurs even though an open race for some in CY 595, it was not allowed in reincarnation. I would expect the same to be true for Kobold
