| hiddendragon08-12-05, 01:15 AM | Hi, I have a moderately high level druid, and since character creation I have been playing all sorts of mods I can get to with him and everywhere. I LOVE dinosaurs and I really want a deinonychus (aka mislabed velociraptor in Jurassic Park) or megaraptor soooooooo badly as my animal companion or to wild shape into. I know dinosaurs are limited access, but I can't find access anywhere :( Has anyone encountered mods out there that give access to it? |
| Heironymus_Vann08-12-05, 08:59 PM | I haven't... really, there are no regions where dinosaurs would be part of the flavor, so access would probablt have to come from a core set in Hepmonoland or the Amedio Jungle. At some point, WotC will come out with a "jungle environment" book, and LG will spin off a Hepmonoland/Amedio sub-campaign set in it... then you'll get your access:) HV |

Of course, you'd have to have started your character with BoBS and declared that you were using the Sandstorm variant instead of the normal class from the PHB. |

I am sad to say that Greyhawk doesn't to have a lot of certs or ARs for druids. :embarrass But then again, I could probably say that would be more true for Bards... hm. I hope access to some dinos would occur soon. I would make my own mod, but I can't play my own mod and get benefits if I were to make one  |
| Iswald08-14-05, 04:00 AM | I've seen a fair number of items for druids and bards, though they are often clumped together on one AR. I also see mithral and the new elven weapons quite often too. The access you get depends on where you play. |

Read the LGCS regarding the Polymorph spell. It tells you all you need to know. There's absolutely nothing in there about restrictions. Have fun! :) |
