There's no character tracker for LG. You'll have to get in contact with your GM, or look over the mod yourself to see if you did whatever would warrant being wanted.

Usually, you would know if what did would make you wanted.

There is no campaign wide character database. Nyrond has a reletively large database on their webpage. Wanted in Keoland comes from doing something like attacking someone of nobility. It means you can't adventure in Keoland anymore without being excecuted. If you were wanted in keoland the DM would have made it painfully obvious and the DM should have cirled the paragraph to show that it was earned.

The "Nyrond" character tracker is also used by other regions (it is just rebranded) but is the same excellent database. It has characters from all over Oerth. The Pale uses it as the official character tracker as well.

While character databases on the various Triad web pages, like the Nyrond one, are interesting, they're also optional, and fundamentally unofficial (even if they're sponsored by your region's triad). Any information on your character that's on one of those databases is stuff that you put in there.

Unlike Mark of Heroes, the RPGA keeps absolutely no records of Living Greyhawk characters. Your character's records are the Adventure Records and other paperwork that you, yourself maintain.

So, unless you were given a piece of paper (an AR, or whatever) that says your character is "Wanted in Keoland", he isn't.
