Doubled rewards cards [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-10-07, 09:00 PM the note with the cards, "we are doubleing the rewards" does that mean we get another shipment? (i got 3)

08-10-07, 09:11 PM I think they doubled the points, not the cards. I don't know for sure though, just guessing.

08-11-07, 07:22 AM The actual quote in the letter is; "You will note a apecial one-time doubling of all rewards." I have to say that this means that there should be twice as many as you expect to be in the envelope too. WHich there were not. I've looked over my points chart on my login too, and again no sign of a doubling.

I've emailed customer services and the rpgasanctioning address about this, and if I hear anything I'll post it here.

08-11-07, 05:58 PM The letter sent out was the same exact letter they sent out during the last mailing (I have both letters right here), in which they did double the amount of cards. The mail monkeys apparently printed and mailed the old letter in the new mailing. So unfortunately last time was the "one time" doubling. So I would venture to say that what you received is what you were meant to receive.

"We're sorry but the doubling did not happen and was not supposed to happen. The wrong letter was
included with the rewards mailing. Rewards were only doubled in the last mailing which shipped in
March.

Thank You"

08-13-07, 10:38 PM I emailed Ian Richards and he gave me the same answer. It was a one-time thing last time.
