Ehlonna’s Way (General)

You share an intimate bond with the transcendental spirit of Oerth’s Woodlands.
Benefit: You get +3 bonus on Hide and Survival checks made in woodland areas. You get +4 bonus on attacks against enemies who have cover from tree or plants (essentially invalidating target’s cover bonus). You still cannot hit creatures with total cover.
Availability: High/Wood elf.

Elflore (General)

You’ve memorised the epic poems, histories and songs of the elven people, gaining insight into Oerth’s history and magic.
Benefit: You get +1 bonus on all Knowledge and Spellcraft checks.
Availability: Grey/Half/High Elf, Tallfellow Halfling.

So does anyone know the exact wording of the "Landless Nobility" feat from 315? The gp listed in the LGCS doesn't seem worthwhile, but I can see some value in "being" noble....

You gain +4 bonus on Charisma-based skill checks made against residents of your homeland (including expatriates).

Excellent! Do you have to be a dwarf?

No, there is no mention of dwarven heritage in the feat's Regions, which are Bone March, Geoff, Sea Princes, Shield Lands, Sterich, Tenh, and the Principality of Ulek. Bone March, Geoff and the Principality of Ulek are the only valid Living Greyhawk regions of the bunch.

Considering that the LG Gazeteer states that all nobles in the Principality of Ulek are dwarves, I rather expected being a dwarf to be a requirement.

But it does create some interesting possibilities. Either that, or my region is likely to impose an extra requirement.

Thanks for your help.

Well, the Ahlissan regional feat Celestial Scion makes you a blood member of one of the old noble houses of the Great Kingdom, such as Darmen or Torquaan... there is, however, no mention of them being only for Oerid humans.

Which is of course rather stupid...

Hey! are those feats official? In the meaning that we can use them on living greyhawk? And if so, how can you take a feat that can only be chosen at first level when you can't get a feat out of the PHB until third level?!

Also i'd like to say a thing about the landless noble - It does not include the social advantages in the description but wouldn't it be an inbuilt part of the feat? Ex: hospitality from other nobles, right to bear arms and sport a coat of arms, be jugded by your peers, etc (depends on the culture of course).

Also I can't understand why They haven't added 'former almorian nobles' as an option for landless nobles, the almorians lost all their lands! The Nyrond reconquest was only partial.

Yes official, and origin feats are given a special exemption from the 3rd level rule...and it's all in the LGCS 4.1

As you mentioned in other thread, your country does not have a region but that does not stop you from choosing, let's say Bone March and taking Landless nobility as your feat.

The feat description itself is quite small and including descriptions for all the things you suggested above would make things complicated. That does not mean that module authors don't take them into account when writing modules. For example I know one module where Celestial Scion can help you quite a lot.

Do remember that you can take racial feats as well, such as 'mercenary background' for Hill Dwarf. Why in LG it was not also given to half-orcs, I cannot know. Would suit better than Raider's Spirit and would actually be a useful feat.

Are the feats available in an "I don't have to pay for them" form yet?

No, but most of them have been posted to various LG discussion groups.

You probably mean 'able sniper' feat which is from Races of the Wild.
