blood_kite 12-09-06, 08:57 PM	I recently got access to some dragoncrafted dragonhide armor and shields from the Draconomicon. I've been trying to figure out if dragoncrafted items fall under the special materials part of magic item upgrade or if they are considered non-standard items.
Britt 12-09-06, 09:03 PM	I've added it to my list for LGCS discussion. Unfortunately, it's too late for the next Dispel Confusion, so an official ruling will have to wait for the LGCS. Reading the sections, I lean towards it being a standard item, since the properties are either just like other special materials or extraordinary nonmagical abilities. I will take it back for discussion though. Sorry, no official ruling right now :(
