03-06-08, 02:33 PM I have a favor that I want to come into effect but that requires other favors from giants in order to do so. Normally I wouldn't worry about such things but with the campaign coming to an end I feel like I am running out of time.

Does anyone know what region(s) I should be playing in to earn such favors? Specifically I'm looking for favors from storm and cloud giants.

I assumed Geoff, but after talking to some native Geoffians they said giants aren't really a big deal there anymore.

03-06-08, 04:07 PM Storm and Cloud giants (and other things) are said to live in the Pinnacles of Heaven, a mountain range way to the NW of the map. I think it's between Ket and the Drawmij Ocean.

No guarantees on that one, however. Good luck.

03-07-08, 09:58 AM In all my time and travel in RPGA, the only favor of cloud or storm giant's I've seen was in a NMR module, "Baby Steps", where you take care of a storm giant baby and help it get back to its parents.

It turns one PC into a cuddle-toy, uses another as a chew-toy, uses mind conrol powers to keep the party with it when they're trying to give her back, tramples the party when some grigs play games with it and we won't even go into what changing diapers was like when she wasn't cooperating....

You EARNED that favor :)

No advice for you. That one retired a few years ago.

Yeah, that one rocked! One half of the Head brothers (plus his wife) wrote one awesome mod. But then, I also like Folly (ate that one more's the pity).
