11-16-06, 01:59 PM Does anyone know where I can find the RPGA Erata on the monks Belt. I am going to a con this weekend and will finally have the gold to buy it

It doesn't add your wisdom bonus to AC. It just gives you the unarmed strike and +1 to your AC. Don't buy it unless you're a monk (and even then, a belt of str is usually better)

The only time a Belt of Giant Strength isn't better is if your Monk is totally eschewing str altogether. For a Spring Attack-type Monk, for instance, the little bit extra to hit and damage may not be as important as the AC.

For a grappling/tripping/contributing to the party Monk, however, a Belt of Giant Strength will serve you better.
