I'm new to LG, and I'm looking at character creation options. The LG sourcebook has a list of core feats, but then the Yeomanry guide has certain limits in place. The Yeo guide is from 2003 and doesn't include the complete books.

As a specific example for my question; Draconic Heritage is permitted according to the LGCS, but is it permitted in the Yeomanry?

Thanks for the help!

Its core if you take it at 1st level.
So there is no restriction on you taking it (and the triad can't stop you).

However, make sure you check the regional notes first, as some races/classes or spell use will get you killed or targetted by NPCs.

The Yeomanry Guide is being updated by our Triad and the current one, while good, is out of date on some things. Go by what the LGCS says. Yeomanry citizens are mostly accepting of characters with legal feats. The two Dragon Magazines (313 and 319) has a list of new Greyhawk feats by region and race. Although the text of the feats are not yet online, the LGCS does list allowed feats from that list.
