Anyone have a handy list of force spells that are available to a cleric who does not have the force domain, that would qualify for the bonuses from the blade of force feat? I know about blade barrier but what else is there?

Spiritual Weapon. That and Blade Barrier are the only PHB cleric force spells.

Strength domain will get you Bigby's grasping hand and clenched fist.

Of course, spiritual weapon.

Maybe more that are NONC . . .

Other than Spiritual Weapon, you're pretty much out of luck.

Spiritual Weapon: the end-all, be-all clerical force spell. Doesn't get much better then that.

The Force and Strength domains have already been mentioned.

The Rune domain gets Explosive Runes as a 4th level domain spell.

There's a few other [force] spells from other sources (all NONC):
Death Throes Clr5 (SpC)
Divine Retaliation Clr3 (PHB2)
Spiritual Charger Clr3 (HoB)
Spiritual Cavalry Clr5 (HoB)
Spiritual Guardian Clr6 (Complete Champion)
Stars of Arvandor Clr4 (BoED)

magic domain would let you cast orb of force and magic missile from scrolls and wands if you can get access to them

Yeah, but he's looking for spells on the cleric spell list to make use of the Blade of Force reserve feat.

Pray for access to Divine Retaliation Clr3 (PHB2) - the ultimate Battle Cleric spell.

And yes, access is out there, at least if you are in the Pale.

Can you prep a Heightened force spell (such as Spiritual Weapon) to count it as a higher level spell for that purpose? I thought you could, but I don't recall off hand.

Yes, a heightened spiritual weapon will count as whatever level you heighten it too.

But apparently only if the people talking about it don't think it is cheesy.
