This event says it will be run at low, mid, and high level for GenCon. Does anyone know how the RPGA breaks that down in levels? We have been planning on playing 1st level characters for the low level, but if I can be level 3 for it that would even be better.

Its for levels 1-17, so any PC in the campaign can play.

I believe the breakdown is 1-7, 8-13, 14-17. It may shift down 1 or two levels, but thats been the breakdown for the previous specials.

Living Greyhawk requires your character to have started at 1st level and advance by playing adventures. You can't start a character at a higher level. Modules are tiered at even "average party levels" (APLs) and are run at the average calculated at the table. If you end up at an odd average, you can play either "up" or "down" to the ajacent even levels. Not all modules support all APLs, some only support lower or upper ones.
