ok before I get this going I am NOT Looking for Spoilers .... just an Idea of Groupings

I have a Char that I am Hoping for a PrC however our Group Runs a Rotating DM Cycle .... now ....I have been through a total of Prolly 14 RPGA Mods so I'm a Relative Noob ... is there 1 Group of Mod Types (Core , Regional , Meta Regional , Core Special , adaptable) that gives more access to PrC's as opposed to another .... I am not Looking at Special Missions (Triad built) currently

basically I'm trying to determine what Group of Mods to Avoid Running for my group if I'm Looking for specific PrC's....

Far as I know this isnt breaking any RPGA Rules ... and if it is I will delete the thread .... or if I dont get to it in time delete it for me

That would probably depend on what region you are in and what PrC you are looking for.

Region is Nyrond ...

however I dont want to post the PrC Cause I dont want to seem like I'm digging for specifics
I will say that it apparently was available in year 5 mods and is not part of a meta Org

Ok, I understand your desire to avoid implications, but you need to post the flavor or genre of the PrC. Different regions have different flavors and are more likely to give access to different types of PrCs.

I really am having a hard time answering this without implicating :-( it sucks I know ....

I guess the question is ... are there Core / Core special / Adaptable's that give ANY PrC Acess (I havent Seen any myself)... since I know that Regional and Metaregional do .....and since its probably going to come down to 1 of the 2 Groups that I'll be Running for my Group ... which Group would be Safer to Run to avoid Running into a situation where I could miss out on this PrC....

I've seen access to several prestige classes in Cores, Core Specials and Adaptables. It seems to be relatively rare in ordinary Cores compared to the other categories, just in my experience. As Britt said, frequency of access in your regionals and metaregionals is likely to depend on how the flavor of the class meshes with your region / metaregion.

I've seen more access to prestige classes in core modules and I haven't seen much of that. Our local regionals are poor for access and in the rare events when it's offered, it's generally tied to belonging to a meta-org.

without knowing WHAT prestige class you are looking for, this is really hard to answer.

i would first check all meta-organizations of my home region and any reachable other region i can manage to play some adventures.

some prestige classes are "obvious" goodies in certain story arcs, the problem is, you often only find out what the main plot is AFTER you played the first adventure.

elves heavy modules might hand out ruathar, military operations might open prestige classes from heroes of battle or miniatures handbook, dwarves featuring modules might grant access to rare metals and modules around a certain god are notorious for offering contemplative, but as usual, all the agents my characters have ever met were for deities none of them would ever consider ;)

to build a character around the "possible" access in a certain module series and getting the access at the right moment - to get your build right - seems to me very very risky.
