Can you skiprock between two heads of a hydra?

Now, I am not an authority, nor do I carry any real weight with the circle or anything, but as a vetran DM and player, I would have to say yes.

In the Hydra entry in the MM it states, and I paraphrase here, that you can attack a specific head, and that killing a head deals damage equal to 1/2 the total HP of the head to the body, and that killing a head will cause it to grow back with a friend in 1d4 rounds.

IN MotW the entry for skiprock only dictates that you only need to have a target and that the target must be no more than 5 feet away.

Under these two entries I as a DM would allow for the targetting of skiprocks at heads and the body, as they are all considered targets. But what can I say, I am also a "nice" DM.
