What are the exact rules for home play? How many players are allowed and do I have to report it?

If you want to run Living Greyhawk modules as official Living Greyhawk events so that the players can receive Adventure Records and therefore official credit for their characters playing the game then you have to do the following:

1) Set up an event on the RPGA system at least five days before the event is due to take place. The person who sets up the event can not play either of the modules ordered for the event once the event has been set up. If you want to play the module, get someone else to set the event up!
2) Download the module(s) and prepare it (or give it to the DM to prepare in the very rare situation where you're talking about a home play session in which you'll neither be judge or player). If it is a core adventure the link to download it will be on your RPGA members page. If it is a meta-regional or regional adventure, download it from the Living Greyhawk sub-site on the public RPGA site (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=lg/region/regionsystem) and contact your triad or meta-regional circle rep for the password, or contact that person directly and ask to be sent the module. You will need the event code listed by the event on your RPGA members page before they'll send you the module or password.
3) Gather between 4 and 6 players and a judge.
4) Print out enough ARs for each player.
5) Make sure each player has an RPGA number or find RPGA membership forms/cards for players who don't have them. I believe they can be acquired by emailing rpgasanctioning@rpga.com
5) Run the game. Remember you need at least 4 players and no more than 6.
6) (most important!!) Have fun!
7) Distribute the ARs correctly completed and signed.
8) Log on to the RPGA system and report the modules played so that each player and the judge gets the reward points and RPGA HQ has a clear idea of which modules are being played and which areas of the world are playing more games!

I think all the above is accurate. The official rules are available here: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=rpga/hq/genrulestext but let's be honest, they're not terribly well written!

Apologies if I assumed you didn't know things you already knew - I thought I'd try to post as accurate a step-by-step summary so it was clear to everyone reading! And if I've missed anything or got anything wrong, can others please correct me!!

For a home play game (an adventure not published by the RPGA) Simply order the mod and then report who played. Sign into the member only page. Click request scenario. Select home game from the list. To report the game click on the link that is the name of the game and fill in the RPGA numbers of the players and GM.
