In the forum FAQ, they speak of a search link, but I don't find it. Only a search wizards ??
So, I'm sorry, but I will ask a question that you may have heard quite a lot :
Glibness and joyful noise are bard spells (and only bard ones) that don't need verbal components, when it is stated in the rules that : all bard spells need verbal components.
So, what do I do ???

Strange.
So, no one knows how to search the forum, and no one knows how these bard spells work ?

Search doesn't work. You can search the forums using google, but I can't give you the format off the top of my head (I always have to find a post which details it when the time comes. Try the character optimization board, it may even be in their FAQ).

Why would you need to do anything regarding the bard spells? The RAW say there is no verbal component. Period. I think the all bard spellls require verbal components is just to indicate that you can't use the silent spell feat (or metamagic rod) on a bard spell with a verbal component.

The search function has been disabled on the forums. Your best bet is to go to www.google.com and type in the following search string, where "term" is the word you are searching for:

site:boards1.wizards.com term

This will use the google search engine to search just the boards. Not the best way, but the only way that I know of.

Ok, I thought it was a bug in the rules, and that there was something like a FAQ speaking of it.
So for you, they have no verbal components.
Cool, that will help me.

Thanks.
