You don't need a feet to jump down on an opponent from a height to do extra damage since if you land on someone, you both take the falling damage. Otherwise, the closest thing I can think of is Leaping Charge which let's you do extra damage on a charge after a successful jump check.

I think that you may be referring to Leap Attack, which is Restricted in the Living Greyhawk campaign.

Prochytes 08-10-06, 07:17 AM	Just wondering if there is a feat that lets you do extra damage from jumping down from a height onto an opponent. There is Raptor School from Complete Warrior. This includes a maneuver called Eagle's Swoop which requires either charging a foe or jumping down on him/her from at least 10 ft. up. Depending on the results of a Jump check, you do either 2 or 4 extra points of damage.

clannagh 08-14-06, 08:12 PM	If i where gming I would consider allowing the +1 for higher ground in some situations that gives +1 attack which could be converted to damage with power attack
