| Jay_Ibero_91112-28-06, 02:12 AM | I came in at the tail end of year 2...and boy have there been a lot of changes...almost all for the better I think, as well as the assorted story arcs that have come and gone and produced all sorts of bizzarre changes to our little living campaign. Just sort of stating my general appreciation for the fairly unique play opportunity the campaign presents... |
| gomeztoo12-28-06, 04:18 AM | I like how Tehn evolved/is evolving (through two of my main PCs). |
| The_Jester12-29-06, 12:16 AM | I'm rather new having just started this year. How have things changed? Is it just regional? |
| gomeztoo12-29-06, 04:35 AM | Tehn started out being totally turned into a dust desert by a horde of ether creatures (a verminlike abberation from an outer plane). We spend several years driving off the ethers, unwittingly aiding Iuz in one of his needlessly complex plans (This was done with my cleric). Me new main helped the country of Tehn finding its new leader, and working to a new era where the land will slowly be restored. As a lady of Tehn she now owns a stretch of dust (yes, she's now a noble with land, along with hundreds of others). The new threat (starting this year) focuses on the restoration of the land, as there are many dangers left. |
| UMiskatonic12-29-06, 11:20 AM | I anticipate we'll see more from the Slavers in the future. Archmage Rary (formerly of the Circle of Eight) has big plans for the Bright Lands that should come to a conclusion soon. BIG changes are possible. Cult of Elemental Evil was finally put down, though Tharizdun has had a victory in the mountains west of Highfolk. And the rumors say that Turrosh Mak is on the move in the Pomarj. and that's just off the top of my head... |
| Japangirl12-29-06, 04:32 PM | Also, there's a purple giant with a big dog-like thing that keeps slaughtering BK NPCs. Not sure how that's going to play out, but could potentially change the Iuz metaregion quite a bit. |
| jhorred12-29-06, 06:54 PM | The Pale's Troll Winter finally came to an end... |
