I'm a little confused by the language of the item access rules.

According to the LGCS (pg. 8), regional access is defined:
"• Regional: May be purchased only after the next three
adventures and after regional adventures set in the
region(s) that appears on this AR."

Say I get regional access to item X on AR#1. Then, the next 4 adventures I play are:
- AR#2: regional
- AR#3: Core
- AR#4: Core
- AR#5: regional

Does the access rule mean:

A) I must wait until AR#5 (whereupon 3 adventures have passed) before cashing in on my regional access from AR#1.

B) I can cash in on my regional access on AR#2.

All access is now at least 'Adventure' access.

That is, if you have any type of access to an item you can always purchase it on the AR you found it and on any of the next three. The types of access determine what happens next: if it's 'Adventure' access you can no longer purchase it. If it is Regional, Metaregional or Core, you can also purchase it after any subsequent adventure of the correct type (with ADPs counting as Core modules for this purpose). If it is Any, you can always purchase it.

This is a change introduced this year, so it's quite likely that lots of people aren't completely aware of it.
