Quick question. Karmic Strike states that, "On your action, you choose to take a -4 penalty on your Armour Class..."

And, "You specify on your turn that you are activating this feat, and the change to your Armour Class and your ability to make these special attacks of opportunity last until your next turn."

Does this mean that I can basically say, ok, at all times (IE every round), I wish to lower my AC and get the Karmic Strike ability (to fight back against those first round charges), or do I have to actually wait until my first action in combat?

You have to wait until you act in combat.
