what do the Level 1 Baklunish Feats do along with what are their prereq's (I hope this is a Legal question).

I assume you're asking about the Expanded Feat Options in LGCS 4.2, page 10 of the pretty version, page 11 of the original version.

Jinnbond is from Dragon #319.

Jinnbond (1st level only) - select one type of genie

Dao: +4 on saving throws against earth effects and on Fort saves
against petrification; +2 to the DC of saving throws on earth
descriptor spells you cast as a sorcerer

Djinni: +4 on saving throws against air effects and acid fog, call
lighting, cloudkill, stinking cloud, and storm of vengeance; +2 to
the DC of saving throws on air descriptor spells you cast as a
sorcerer

Efreeti: +4 on saving throws against fire effects; +2 to the DC of
saving throws on fire descriptor spells you cast as a sorcerer

Marid: +4 on saving throws against water effects and acid fog, cone
of cold, horrid wilting, ice storm and sleet storm; +2 to the DC of
saving throws on water descriptor spells you cast as a sorcerer

Tongue of Mouqol is from Dragon #315: +3 bonus on Bluff and Diplomacy checks related to business dealings

You need to bring copies of the Dragon articles to the table to use these feats.

Draconic Heritage (Complete Arcana) gives you one skill as a class skill. Which skill it is depends on which color dragon you select. Draconic Heritage is a pre-req for other Draconic feats. In the LGCS, only the metallic dragons (Bronze, Brass, Gold, Silver, etc.) are Core; chromatic dragon choices (Red, Blue, Green, White, Black, etc.) are Limited.

Taking Jinnbond (Efreeti), Draconic Heritage (Brass), Draconic Power, Spell Focus (Evocation), and Greater Spell Focus (Evocation) gives you +1 caster level and +5 DC on fire/evocation spells. Toasty!

The only problem with this is that Paizo has not posted them yet. According to a message from Eric Mona (http://paizo.com/paizo/messageboards/dragon/generalDiscussion/greyhawkRegionalFeats) on April 15th:
Getting the final approval from WotC to put out PDFs of this thing has been trickier than we anticipated.

This implies quite strongly that the hold up is at WOTC. If this is not the case, can we get more information? Or better still, get the feats posted on the Paizo site?
