LG adventure set in the Vault? [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-09-04, 12:50 PM Yeah, it was called Assault on the vault and was a core special last year, CY593.

There were three settings within the event Bastion of thralls (low level), a gatehouse (mid level) and a high level version I didn't play or run so can't tell you much.

It has, obviously, retired now.

I'm not sure if any regions have delved into the vault at any stage, I know Onnwal hasn't unsurprisingly.

08-16-04, 03:27 PM I'd like to read through a copy of this as well. I've been looking for more Greyhawk Underdark material for my campaign. I already have Dragon #298 and #300 which feature drow content, but I'm looking for more.

08-17-04, 10:50 AM I think you will be doing well to get a copy of this as it was a special event for GenCon and was retired after three or four outings.

Your best bet would be to ask your triad guys if they have a copy you could read I guess.

One of the few things about LG I don't like is the way so much material is produced, some bad but most good IMO, which then retires and is never seen again. A real shame.

Assault on the vault might be another example of this unfortunately.
