Yes, there is. However, I don't remember what it is. I do know there's something in MIC, though.

Banner of the Storm's Eye suppresses fear effects within 20 ft of the banner.

Those are the only things in MIC that actually cancel fear.

06-10-07, 11:06 PM Spells are your primary weapon against Fear. Looking for items to counter it is laborious at best. If you have your buffs up before the battle and make your save. A charactor shouldn't need such an item and that will save you gp

06-14-07, 01:51 PM 1) Cast remove fear ahead of time. You can actually do this, read the spell description again.

2) Shove up your will save. Find a bard, marshal, or paladin to stand near.

3) General purpose items like cloaks of resistance and periapts of wisdom make you stronger vs. fear, if not immune.

4) The lionheart spell from SpC gives immunity to fear. I don't know if it's open or NONC, but it should be easy to find out.

5) ONCE, I saw an item on an AR that granted immunity to dragon fear one time.
