I won't say which AR this is on, but I was starting to prep an adventure recently and noticed:

+1 ghost touch breastplate (Adventure; DMG; 4350gp)

Now if I recall correctly:
Breastplate: 50gp
Masterwork: 150gp (would be 300 for a weapon)
Magic +1: 1000gp
Ghost-Touch: 15000gp (ghost touch is +1 for a weapon, but +3 for armor)

Total: 16200gp

This is a +4 equivalent armor and not +2 equivalent with weapon masterwork cost...

Which price should be used - i.e. do the party get really cheap access to nice anti-incorporeal armor?

You always use the actual price of the armor unless the AR specifically tells you to use a specific price as a discount. Price being listed at an incorrect price is relatively common.

ya if you know the AR is incorrect on an item then use the correct price of the item. sometimes things slip through the cracks.
