More dumb questions: Arcane Heirophant and Improved Familiar [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-03-05, 10:48 PM Okay, I'm pretty sure the answer to this is no, but... would an Arcane Heirophant get anything out of the Improved Familiar feat, since their animal companion doubles as their familiar?

10-04-05, 11:35 AM I doubt it, since you lose the familiar, and your animal companion then becomes the companion familiar.
