What is the deal with the "forbidden" spells? What are they? How do people report me? Can I cast them if nobody can identify them? Basically, how does that whole thing work? Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thank you. |

People who do not have spellcraft as a skill won't know anything unless the affects of the spell are obviously creepy. They won't know that you cast False Life, but if Uncle Bob was lying there dead and he is now moving around or if he's talking to you, you can probably expect to get yourself reported to the local authorities. Other PCs or NPCs with the spellcraft skill obviously get to make a check when you cast a spell to know what the spell is. If they are so inclined, they will obviously do whatever they think is right. If they are members of a Hunter organization like the Darkwatch, Silent Ones, or Dreadwalkers, you might find yourself in trouble. If they don't care, you are all set. Your best bet is to join the Keoland Yahoo group (http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/keoland) and ask there, were the Triad members can either point you to current documentation or elaborate a bit.
