Hi I am working on a mod and trying to use the new statblock formats. The only template I can find is the in the pdf article, which cannot be copied.

If this doesn't violate any copyrights, does anyone has an excel or text document with a blank template I could use?

Or better yet if anyone has converted the SRD critters already it would save me quite a bit of work.

Thanks.

I think this is what you want: http://www.wizards.com/rpga/downloads/lg_2007_coretemplate.zip

That's a word document, and there's a stat-block at the end of it. If that's no help I'd contact your triad and see what they can send you.

I'm not sure why you'd need to put the SRD creatures in a stat-block though - if a module uses something from the Monster Manual you just reference the MM page, right? I suppose unless you're advancing something but then you have to do it all from scratch anyway :)

The yahoo group LGWriters might be of help to you, too.

The new stat block templates should be in the adventure template you are using to write the adventure. If not, the Core Adventure template (which I think is on the WotC site) has it.

Really? They must have updated them. I downloaded the core adventure templates a couple of weeks ago and they still use the old format.

Aha they did! Thanks.
