| RtrnofdMax03-04-08, 12:06 PM | Hello all. I will post my question as vaguely as possible to not give anything away. I have a favor that allows me reduce the cost of one regional access item by 10%. I received access in a metaregional adventure to a rather expensive item that I would definitely like to have. The access simply states that you receive access and doesn't specify the type. I would assume that means open access. However the favor also says "Thanks of x" where x is a terrain feature that exists in my region and borders on other regions in my metaregion. 1) Can I use the favor stating the item must be regional access on an open access item? If the item is open access then it is available whenever and wherever, which means it's available in my region, right? 2) The item access simply states access, but since it was given to me by a group that resides in a terrain feature of my region, but a terrain feature that extends partly into other regions, can I consider it regional access? |
