If it is allowed, who do I send it to for approval? |

If it is allowed, who do I send it to for approval? The Living Greyhawk Circle are the people to ask, but Wizards of the Coast (WOTC) may be a better choice, they may like the spell and add it to a new RPG sourcebook. I don't expect the Circle to allow this, unless the spell is first described and used in a core module, and offered on an AR. The Circle would have to approve the new spell in the adventure after getting permission from WOTC. Care to write an adventure? Right now, there is no mechanism for any player to create a new feat, spell, or prestige class for Living Greyhawk. Any that have been added have only come from new books from Wizard's of the Coast or from the Dragon magazine. |
