Do they loose the core access granted to Bright sands character from the previous story arc? It's tough to say on #1 because they haven't released the specific rules. I'm inclined to say "No" because that would violate normal rules for changing regions (only at the start of a year or upon moving in real life). If you change regions away from Bright Sands, you would lose the access granted to you by the Bright Sands region. Ed
