| lostpike12-05-05, 12:10 PM | does anyone know? Plse help! |
| GreatSiron12-05-05, 02:11 PM | Umm.... I don't think anyone can read your spoiler (or it was removed) but I played a mod in which you had a chance to access a puedodragon familar, and you had to have improved familar to use it. Don't know if that helps. |
| Madfox1112-06-05, 03:59 AM | As far as I know, you still need the proper feats and class abilities to gain access to these creatures. Unless a reward on an AR quite clearly states that it is an exception to the RAW, just assume it still follows the RAW. |
| redgamer12-08-05, 01:14 AM | You effectively gain DMs permission to take that particular animal. You still need to follow all the rules including having the feat. |
| mikeh170112-15-05, 01:30 PM | You must have the Improved Familiar feat. The AR item is quite clear on this: "Access to .... for a creature to serve as an Improved Familiar, provided the PC meets all prerequisites." Additional wording describes where/what sources/types of creatures are allowed with this favor. |
