Greyson 11-06-05, 11:58 PM	Is the Archbarony of Ratik assigned to anyone? Or, is the region unassigned. An old RPGA site that was cached on Google indicated that Ratik was managed by a triad in Hawaii. Is that still the case? Another board said that Ratik was melded into the Nyrond region. Is the Nyrond triad responsible for Ratik? Perhaps Nyrond should go exclusively to southern Arizona and California. Give Ratik to the handful of gamers in Utah. Just some thoughts.
Sieylianna 11-07-05, 07:40 AM	Ratik was assigned to Hawaii, but there weren't enough people to make it a viable region. Hawaii was added to Nyrond according to the LGCS. AFAIK, Ratik is treated as a core region at the moment. Since the start of the LG campaign five years ago, regions have been added or eliminated, but no regions have split. IIRC, as of January 1st, part of Canada is splitting to add a new region (Zeif?), which will be the first time it has happened. Ed
TimRat 11-09-05, 11:19 PM	Yes Ratik is now treated as a core region and hawaii is nyrond. Zeif is becoming a player run region up in north west canada at the beginning of the year.
kenobi65 11-10-05, 01:24 AM	Give Ratik to the handful of gamers in Utah. The problem, of course, was that there weren't enough players in Hawaii to sustain Ratik as a region. If you've only got a "handful of gamers" in Utah, you'd probably have the same problem.

And if I remember correctly, the guys who are getting Zeif as their region originally asked for Ratik (with an impressive proposal) but did not get it so RPGA may have other plans for that area as well.
