I'm curious as to why, as per the Dispel Confusion, PCs reincarnated as NPC Races cannot commit suicide for another casting of Reincarnate. Is there a reason, or are the Circle just limiting us in a useless way? ;-) Not trying to be insulting in any way, but if you were reincarnated into a beastly form that would not be tolerated among your peers, and you know you're coming back to life- then it makes sense that you should be able to kill yourself.

Also, if you're reincarnated into a kobold- are you allowed to use the campaign card (if possessed) to play one?

Thanks,
Rick

Once you reincarnate as a NPC race you are out of the campaign. Yes that NPC may well decide to suicide and may even end up returning as a PC legal race .. but once a NPC always a NPC.

Basically the problem is not a rule stopping you suiciding again .. its the fact that the instant you are an NPC ther is no coming back.
