| dragon200709-04-07, 10:26 PM | Hello, Has there been a decision on if/when the remaining parts of the Greyhawk Ruins series will be released? And for the adaptation for 'Expedition to Castle Greyhawk'? It would be nice to know if any further parts are planned or if they are being replaced by the campaign-ending scenarios. Thanks! Dan |

| the_redbeard09-05-07, 02:42 AM | I'm pretty sure the answer is that they will be released. I seem to remember reading the question answered that Greyhawk Ruins will finish. I'm curious now though if I should leave a character in Greyhawk so that I a) don't lose the chance to play the mod due to region and b) lose the chance to play the mod because I've outgrown the APL. Any answers? |

I'm strongly considering not playing any of them except the adaptable. If I do, I'll just play the various mods at APL2 with my "intro mod" character. The characters I actually enjoy playing and want to spend my playtime on are greater than level 1. Some are level 2, so would not exactly overwhelm the first mod. but the "You can't play any of the mods unless you start out level 1" is just annoying. My interest in starting a new character right now is pretty much nil. |

Now, everyone wants to play the main PCs and see what the higher play levels are like before 4e arrives. Bummer. I know we'll have fun as long as the ride lasts. |

My wife and some of our friends played the first mod as a slot 0 table for GenCon. Then we found out LG was ending. We've pretty much decided to hold off playing any of the CGRs, the ADP or any CORs set in the Domain of Greyhawk until we play the LG finale at Origins. Since all of these mods will be available until the end of the year, we'll be able to make a couple of weekends of play out of it and stetch our enjoyment of LG until the end of 2008. |
